  1. Cancellation before 30 days of booking date will invite 10% of booking value as processing charge.
  2. Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the booking will be subject to 50% refund of total amount.
  3. Cancellations / no show within 48 hours of the booking will be subject to 100% cancellation charge of total amount.
  4. Reservationcancel with in 24 hrs of the arrival date will incur a cancellationfee equivalent to accommodation charges for the entire length of stayoriginally booked.
  5. There will be no refund whatsoever for cancellations made in ‘Black-out’ period (peak season) between OCT. to February every year.
